My Film Review

SPIDER-MAN

Peter Parker is a boy whose parents died so he is living with his uncle and aunt. Peter studies in the same high school as M.J. Watson, the girl-next-door who he fell in love with in 6th grade.

During a science guided visit in a laboratory, a genetically modified Super Spider bit Peter’s hand. After that, he started having a few changes in his body: he didn’t need glasses anymore, he developed muscles, he could throw some organic spider webs and he could climb walls very fast. To impress M.J. he started wrestling to make some money and buy a car. While he’s fighting, a robber pretending to carjack murdered his uncle. Because of that and remembering the words of his uncle “with great power comes great responsibility” decided to help the citizens of New York.

At the same time, Norman Osborn, his best friend’s father, while trying a nanotechnology experiment, he drank a serum that created an evil and irrational split personality. He started to threaten the New York citizens, becoming the main opponent of Spider-man, and they called him the Green Goblin after his aspect.

Then the Green Goblin goes for the weak point of Spider-man, his heart, so he decides to attack his beloved aunt and Mary Jane. Spider-man fights with all his strength to prevent that but, although he gets to finish him, he thinks it’s better to keep the distance with his loved ones. For this reason, when Mary Jane shows her love to Peter Parker, he says that he sees her only as a friend.
